| Six specially bodied cars were built on the A6GCS/53 frame and shared the same mechanical specifications. Four were coupes by Pininfarina and two were spyders, one by Vignale and one by Frua. Two of the Pininfarina coupes (#2056 & #2059) remain largely as originally constructed, whilst the other two Pininfarina coupes (#2057 & #2059) were rebodied as spyders. However one of these two PF coupes (#2060) subsequently had a replica (silver) body made in England. The 'spare' bodies from the two PF coupes were each placed on the chassis of another A6GCS. The body from #2057 went on chassis #2070 and the body of #2060 went on chassis #2089. The Vignale car (#2049) was later re-bodied by Scaglietti and the fate of the body is unknown. The Frua body (#2054) is now on a Triumph chassis and powered by a Triumph engine, the fate of the original engine is unknown. Details are provided in the 'Specifications' section. | |||||

Magi Diligenti of Florence in 1955. Discovered by Stan Novak in US and
