SPECIFICATIONS

Brief History:
A project initiated by Mario Angiolini using the same type of 6CM motor as that employed in the 6CS/46, this car became the archetype of future production, if not because of the motor, but the body and frame.  Utilising the same type of twin cam motor used by Barbieri in the 6CS/46, with a frame designed by Cavoni and the body built by Fantuzzi, it competed alongside the 6CS/46.  The tubular Cavoni frame was an innovation and the body introduced a grille which would be used later on the production vehicles.
