Brief History:
Released in 1975 the Quattroporte II was designed to provide economical GT style transport in the Quattroporte tradition.  Utilising the 3.0 litre V6 of the Merak the car had a number of surprising features:  Front wheel drive, hydro-pneumatic suspension, automatic regulation of ground clearance and power assisted controls.  With little performance potential production was stopped after only 5 vehicles.
