Club representation in the Millennium Targa Tasmania 2000 was down a bit relative to previous years, but typically a wide array of marque cars were represented by members in the three competitions that comprise the event.  A full report on the event is provided on this site. 1930 Bentley Speed Six of Barry and Cheryl Batagol. Entered in the Shannons Historic Competition and finished a creditable 3rd outright, first in category and first in class.

1965 Ford Mustang of Gary and Mark Tierney.  Entered in the Classic Competition.  Third in the Prologue at George Town and finished the event 3rd in category and 1st in class

1974 Porsche 911 Carrera of Geoff Taylor and Lane O'Donoghue.  Entered in the Classic Competition but finished the event on Day 3 at Cranbrook after performing a miracle 'mid-air' roll and landing on four wheels - suspension damage forced a retirement.

1975 Ferrari 308GTB (fibreglass) of Jack Klaver and Jim Reark.  Missed a day as a result of a poor landing following a flight over a crest, but finished 12 in category and 6th in class
