| The Association of Motoring Clubs, Inc. (AOMC)
is a non-profit organisation comprising over 150 member clubs and representing more than
35,000 vehicle enthusiasts in the State of Victoria with vehicles from the Victorian era
through to current models. The AOMC is run by volunteer staff and represents all hobby motorists at a State level and is a member of the national body, the Australian Historic Motoring Federation. Contacts with similar groups have been established in many countries. The AOMC's involvement in matters concerning the preservation, restoration, authentication of historic vehicles and in reviewing and advocating legislation that may affect vehicle enthusiasts is well known and respected by Government and non-Government organisations alike. The AOMC maintain their own web site. From time to time, we write or reproduce articles
concerning issues raised by the AOMC in the newsletter. Articles of interest
